BIOINFORMATICS

 

 

The Bioinformatics Unit of the Centro de Genómica has to separate but complementing activities. On one hand the development of projects related to the application of computational methods for the study of the genomics of Citrus and Rice. On the second hand, provide support to studies carried out by other research groups at the IVIA which may require specialized bioinformatics assistance.

There are two main areas of expertise within the Bioinformatics Unit:

- Bioinformatics and Sructural Genomics.
